We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days from our warehouse or next day delivery if you select this option, all dispatch and deliveries are Monday-Friday. Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 1 pm the day before. If you place an order after 1pm on a Thursday using next-day delivery then this will be dispatched Friday for delivery on a Monday.
We only deliver at weekends for special exceptions and arrangements and additional payment will need to be made in advance.
Occasionally dispatch may take longer but you will be informed of this at the point of purchase, for instance, if a product is not in stock and is on backorder only. We do not ship at weekends or bank holidays as standard. Occasionally there may be unexpected delays that are out of our control, we will do our best to inform you if this is ever the case.
Once products are dispatched you will receive a DPD tracking number so you can track the progress of your parcel or alter the delivery date. Occasionally we may use other couriers which you will be informed of when your item is dispatched and you will continue to receive a tracking number. Note tracking numbers are provided where you have provided a mobile phone number. We may also email tracking numbers to the email used for your purchase.
Please note our couriers are operating as normal however due to a general surge in online orders across the country, some customers may on occasion experience delays to their orders arriving.
Cancellation & Returns
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you can cancel your order any time up to 14 days after you have had a delivery of your product(s). If you do decide you no longer require your products we will be happy to have them returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original wrapping, unopened and in new condition, as it was received. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please Note: By installing or using the product in any way you are accepting your order and therefore we cannot accept a return unless the item is found to be operationally faulty.
If you find your item to be faulty in any way, please contact us immediately so that we can help to remedy this for you. Depending on the fault (for example, cosmetic damage or operational fault) depends on the course of action – we can discuss this fully with you and ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Items can only be returned by the person that made the purchase and with proof of purchase which you will have received when placing the order.
MSpa operate a strong 2-year warranty, details of which you can find here please make sure you have registered your product with MSpa. Any problems related to the hot tub after 14 days and within your warranty period may be discussed directly with MSpa. See Warranty page here
